Return Policy & Guarantee

We strives to provide the finest quality jewelry products at the lowest wholesale prices.

But If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any item within 7 business days after the receipt of your goods for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer request.

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee.  If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt.  Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 10 working days of receipt.  We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured.  If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent.  The postage cost is not reimbursed.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.
